Sandy Spiwak-Wallin was born in the United States and was raised in Guatemala City from early childhood through her pre-teen years. Being exposed to different cultures opened up her interest in travel and in art. She has worked in the fashion industry and also as a costumer on many films and television shows for various studios in Los Angeles, California where she resides. Sandy Spiwak-Wallin is also an animal activist and is affiliated with many non-profit organizations and works tirelessly to improve the living conditions of all animals. She has written articles for The Pet Press on behalf of animal welfare. Her hobbies include painting and cooking as well as doing tea parties for children.
