Guest: Name – Stuart Vener – National Mortgage, Real Estate and Financial Expert. He’s been seen on FOX News and FOX Tampa Bay.

TOPIC-Senators Charles Schumer (D) and Mike Lee (R) joined forces to create a bipartisan bill designed to help the sluggish housing market. The goal of the bill is to spur demand in the US Housing Market by offering US realty to foreign purchasers. In doing so the purchaser gets a three year “homeowners visa” to live in the United States. They must pay taxes and can’t receive public assistance.
